A Christmas Corral Of The U.S. Treasury: Trump Signs Oligarch Welfare Bill Into Law

https://i0.wp.com/media.breitbart.com/media/2017/12/trump-signs-640x480.pngLike a sign of overcompensating for, you know, the signature gets hyuger every time he writes it.

Washington D.C., United States Of America Under Financial Totalitarianism

Lucy Van Pelt: I know how you feel about all this Christmas business, getting depressed and all that. It happens to me every year. I never get what I really want. I always get a lot of stupid toys or a bicycle or clothes or something like that.

Charlie Brown: What is it you want?

Lucy Van Pelt: Real estate.

                                                                                                                                    Charles Schulz

It was written, rewritten and rewritten, then it was signed (wow was it signed), and it is done. The Oligarch Welfare Bill is now the unadulterated law of the land.

It was done with relative ease, since it didn’t even require a thorough reading by the establishment Republicans or the cooperation nor the presence of the establishment Democrats and Bernie Sanders in the final days of crafting this Piece Of Shit bill. All it took to barrel it through was to bribe Bob Corker by adding a last second provision tax break for pass through income via LLC’s, virtual company entities that work more like tools in making revenue in the business of real estate, which the retiring Senator accrued millions of dollars in while he has been a public servant.

It turned out the reason for Corky’s nay vote the last time was that this provision was not in the despicable bill’s house version and was added and authored by Utah’s Sen. Orrin Hatch, a man from the poor people and the chicken coop. So much for the senator taking a moral stand against Trump and massive deficits.

Senator Hatch was not only thinking of Corky and his aide, but himself and his wife and a posse of other GOP senators and house representatives with collectively millions of dollars accrued from real estate and equity holdings to profit immensely even more from the Oligarch Welfare Law (haven’t heard much reporting on how or which elected Democrat members will profit from their real estate holdings if they have them though). Including standout young’n house speaker Paul Ryan, who has been champing at the bit to get this bill created and ratified so the donors he sucks up to can now repatriate their massive tax avoiding wealth, collectively worth 3 trillion dollars, that have been trapped on their island shelters and lower taxed nations at the generous lower rate now instituted.

With all that hoarded money free at last, it can then flow through their LLC’s untouched by the Feds. Leading to more gentrification of the cities where they have invested properties in, which will cause more high end speculation. It will also kill small businesses like restaurants and bars, for LLC’s are also involved in dining and nightlife establishments too.

Now that their collaborated powerball winning legislation is now law, they are now (the only ones) celebrating. And since the Oligarch Welfare Law also includes massive tax breaks for alcohol distribution, they will surely doing shots with 100 year old scotch, bathing in 50 year old wine, and showering each other with the finest high end champagne.

The biggest winner is of course the elected and currently serving President (and his plutocabinet members). Continuing his lifelong streak since birth of privileged good fortune. And it’s a good thing too, since some of his branded properties have removed his ubiquitous name off of their buildings, which might have cost him quite a lot of cash (it’s the only evidence that he has divested from his businesses, by being forced to). With the passage and his ridiculous giant signature, which resembles a pathological liar’s lie detector chart pattern, ratifying it, the money will continue to flow through his world wide web of shell companies, ensuring and his billionaire status and a nice tax payer funded nest egg for his next of kin and their next of kin.

As for everyone else, the first year might be fine if you don’t own a home in New York, New Jersey or California, with the doubling of the standard deduction, but all those minor token tax cuts come to a screeching halt in a little less than a decade to justify the exorbitant costs of Oligarch Welfare Law, which with all the speculation on how it will make up for the 6 trillion dollars with all of the cash concentrated for the top earners by happenstance does not account the costs of future military conflicts or the catastrophic effects from hurricanes, sea level rise and land erosion and the long promised trillion dollar infrastructure plan Trump touted days after the white power siege of Charlottesville, will effect the nation’s budget in the next 5 years as these cuts get bigger for the top. Maybe the reason why they have not ended DACA is because, well, they need those kids to contribute to the redistribution of wealth with their weekly paychecks when they become adults. Maybe that will put a stop to build the new Wall Of Mexico (Nah).

So once you get your returns in 2019, don’t spend it too fast. Hell, don’t spend it at all if you are able to avoid sickness or injury, or from a climate disaster, no matter how impossible it is. For it’s the same logic that the avaricious, self-serving and donor-serving members of Congress utilized to craft this odious, rancid law. And they are not even done, for they are now concocting their B plan to fund it if these tax cuts cost the nation’s budget to implode. In fact this plan was implemented 2 weeks before they wrote the bill, knowing full well they won’t have the funds, current and speculative to finance them.

The Washington Post: Congressional Republicans are laying the groundwork to overhaul welfare programs for the poor

Republican lawmakers are preparing plans to restructure America’s welfare system, including putting new limits on who’s eligible for anti-poverty programs such as food stamps and housing benefits.

The details of the planned overhaul are still being determined, but congressional Republicans have already introduced policy proposals that would impose new work requirements on some of America’s welfare programs. Last year, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady (R-Tex.) and House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) unveiled a poverty plan as part of Ryan’s “A Better Way” agenda, which also called for the imposition of new work requirements.

The plans at the time were largely markers of future intention, signaling the party’s vision but not indicative of an imminent push for legislative action.

Something tells me this is going to take some filibustering  from the Dems to nip this and kill this in the bud if they have the spine (nah.) Extreme filibustering.

Figurehead Trump did not even wait to sign this. In all certainty he also didn’t fucking read it. In his golden ukelele string maned covered head, he wanted to fulfill his promise to sign the bill before Christmas. The thing is of course that the promise he was most concerned about, after all the other failed ones regarding immigration and travel bans, was the promise to enhance his personal wealth. This is the fleshed out, current reality based adaptation of Dickens’ Christmas Carol, except that Scrooge sleeps through the four ghosts that invade his dreams and continues hoarding his wealth siphoned from the masses. As the timid elected Democrats, collectively resembling the meek assistant Ratchett, let him get away with this shit without true assertion and protest.

So forget about any Christmas cheer and gift giving in the lower and middle classes in the near future. Don’t want to forget those that yearn for higher education. For we have to pay their fair share now and our children and their paychecks are the future. Extreme fair share. Hopefully us proles will be able to hoard our money as well as the higher society populace of corporate executives, shareholders and of course our chosen members of legislative and executive public service did.

The Oligarch Welfare Bill

“The city of Washington was built on a stagnant swamp some 200 years ago, and very little has changed. It stank then, and it stinks now. Only today, it is the fetid stench of corruption that hangs in the air”

Lisa Simpson

“Cash rules everything around me, CREAM get the money, dollar dollar bill y’all”

Method Man

The “Tax Cut and Jobs Act”, this abominable bill to further continue the repatriation of wealth that has been going on for over 30 years is a virtual death sentence and double taxation on the citizenry of this nation. Unless anyone in the middle and lower classes wins the state lottery or avoids injury or sickness, in 10 years they will be more responsible maintaining the solvency of this country and it’s budget than all the greedy misers it is solidly ascertained to benefit.

This is a budget plan for corporate and inheritance welfare that no one is confident in. No one that counts anyway according to the Senate leader, House speaker, Figurehead Trump and his plutocabinet, which consists of the Tax Policy Center and about 70% of the people of this nation who are aware of this circle jerking by the donor money whoring GOP members of the legislative and the current executive branch.

You think after the last national tax cuts passed with bipartisan approval from the 80’s and 90’s, and the truly irresponsible hazardous ones from 2001, 2003 and the one approved a year after the bailout of the banks in 2009, which was one of the greatest acts of unacknowledged socialism since the New Deal, that these ultra successful corporations and beneficiaries of personal wealth would feel somewhat content with what they have achieved and earned with all the breaks they got. Fuck, no. You think that these people (including corporations, for they are considered individual persons) gave a shit if they were willing to spend so much money on lobbyists influencing legislation to install loopholes and donating to dutiful congressional whores instead of using that cash to give dutiful raises to their employees? Fuck, no.

The gargantuan cut to repatriating money from offshore bank accounts placed there by corporations is supposedly to encourage them to use the savings to create jobs here. So with these obscene tax cuts, will there be raises, better health plans and retirement benefits for all their efforts, eliminating the need for a nationwide raise of the minimum wage to $15 and universal coverage? Fuck no, either. Will all that money they will save legally evading their fair share of taxes go towards innovation or opening up new facilities for manufacturing products like clothes? Fuck no, either. For all that money will continue to stay put in their personal portfolios and accounts, only now they will keep the money in the basements of their sprawling mansions. Hell, they might just be able to build actual poolside banks of their own to keep their government sanctioned ill-gotten gains in and the money they will save on a p.o. box in a hut on some island resort. As the working poor will continue to live check to check and the middle class will continue to struggle to maintain themselves and accrue their own savings.

According to the authors of this bill, these cuts will pay off in the long run with all the new business it’s prospected to generate. What is not prospected by these jackasses is the inevitable burdens this will place on the people and their livelihoods it’s proclaimed to help. What is not prospected is the immediate effect it will have on the people, who vote but don’t donate, on the deleterious effects on their health insurance programs, their ability to own a home or rent, and what will happen when they are aged and unable to work.

It doesn’t even take into account on what happens when the affordable care act gets repealed, which will give millions of people a virtual death sentence lead to a jump in mortality rates. Or even how the future military conflicts, which might include a new world war induced by the idiotic social media insulting by Figurehead Trump and his catastrophic stupid executive order determining Jerusalem as the sole capital city of Israel, will affect the oligarch welfare tax cut. But the small mega-moneyed population doesn’t want to pay taxes for their vast personal property and foreign investments.

And they certainly don’t want to pay for their other properties in coastal cities and metropolises in New York and California, via the cuts for pass-through companies like LLC’s that consist of partners unnamed and unverified and foreign, which have been wholly responsible for the spread of rampant gentrification of them and the elimination of state and local tax deductions for it’s citizens. These new profits will come at the expense of street infrastructure and transit services, law enforcement, fire prevention and public education, which will certainly be vulnerable for privatization.

The obvious beneficiary and most important to our leader Trump, is that all these cuts will benefit him and his brand (though both are not mutually exclusive), his businesses and his family. Making this look like the brazen quid pro quo between this president and the GOP hacks that disgruntledly backed him last year after all the disparagement he gave them. It looks like their masochism paid off.

This bill if verified will have the most detrimental impact on the nation and it’s citizens since the Patriot Act, which has dwindled the freedoms entitled to everyone in the first and fourth amendments and has not stopped or discouraged terrorism at all and like this oligarch welfare bill, was rushed into legislation and approved without a thorough reading. But at least that didn’t have chicken scratch revisions to it placed just hours before convening to vote on it.

This is less legible than the letter Navin Johnson got from Bernadette Peters in The Jerk, which in his case he had difficulty reading because his dog Shithead gave it to him while he was taking a bath.

Besides, according to two sniveling senators, you should take responsibility and be more frugal. Sen. Chuck Grassley advises the people, which includes his constituents, to avoid spending money on booze, women and movies. For leisures like those can only be enjoyed by his moneyed donors and trust fund babies, which they will be able to partake more in with all the extra money being doled back to them to enable their frivolous spending habits.

This 500 page abomination is nothing but a government sanctioned Ponzi Scheme. For the multi-trillion dollar plan to be funded, it has to rely on induced investment monies extracted from the paychecks of the current workforce, then the future workforce once they get old and retire, depriving them of their hard earned money that would have went to pay for college debts and/or expensive health plans. And in the next 10 years their paychecks as retired people dependent on the social security and medicare that they invested in by working all their lives to enhance more obscene personal wealth for oligarchs and their heirs and the avaricious executives of multinational corporations and their shareholders.

Most of all, Trump and his family and his oligarch peers make off like the bandits they are. As their long time American Dreams, which will by law become a luxury, for collective wealth concentration will become infinite.  And no one will be able to do a fucking thing. Even a true revolution would be thwarted, because they will have the finances to own their own police and military. Which in the case of Figurehead Trump, he already has with the votes of you, the people.

Essentially, it’s a domestic attack on everyone and the nation, not immediate like being attacked by a foreign enemy looming on the horizon, but a gradually slow disemboweling of people’s personal dwindling finances. It is plain and simple economic fascism. In a way, the oligarch welfare bill is sort of like how that hypothetical question given at polls of what would you do if you just a got a million dollars, except it’s billions over time with the help of a compliant congress of spineless beggars. The answer is clearly “I got mine”, because is if this piece of shit bill does pass, those whores who are in congress and the senate certain to lose their seats by the screwed over voters would not even give a shit because they will be set for life via their investments and personal fortunes, which they had no trouble building while remaining in their elected positions. These tax cuts will give them absolute finality to retire in tax payer funded comfort.

If “It’s A Wonderful Life”‘s Mr. Potter, the biggest symbol of selfishness, corruption and avarice, was still alive or even real, he would be doing donuts in his wheelchair all over the snow covered streets. Just like all those certainly to benefit for the next decade will do in their new private jets and yachts.

THIS Was The Moment Donald J. Trump Became President

https://i0.wp.com/www.reimag.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/51C4Vkw0E2L._SX327_BO1204203200_-1.jpg

And It never will be

Washington, D.C., United States Of America Under Trump

On April 26, 2017, with the announcement of the nation’s tax plan, This was the moment Donald Trump became President.

(In deference and disagreement to prior arguable proclamations by professional wealthy pundits Van Jones and Fareed Zakaria.)

The Executive Producer and Figurehead of the nation’s government, announced by proxy from his two equally avaricious plutocabinet members, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and Chief Economic Adviser Gary Cohn (there to make sure Spicer doesn’t fuck it up), both who certainly concocted this legislative Lufthansa Airlines heist, laid out the economic tax plan for the country.

This was the moment Donald Trump became President.

This tax plan is exactly what he ran on, aside from being immune from conflicts of interest with his businesses around the world that extends to his daughter and son-in-law. Since his burgeoning days as a inherited real estate magnate in NYC, he always found ways to mine and plunder government funds to obscenely enrich himself and in the process, like the media generated coverage of John Gotti, turn himself into a celebrity doing it.

This is precisely the only motivation why he ran for office. Ripping off people from all professions, blue collar, small business, or investor, is where Donald is a viking, a master. That is all he did his entire adult life, manipulate and rob off the backs, blood and sweat of people. Even recent history shows this with his settlement involving his criminally fake college. Especially since the most viable avenue to achieve billions is through equally conniving and avaricious yet weak officials holding influential positions they were elected to.

Everything about this budget plundering proposal is designed to benefit the former populist firebrand elected to run the country, in addition to all his appointed sociopath oligarchs in his cabinet.

From the hacking of the corporate tax rate from 39 to 15%, focusing on the phenomenon of a money hoarding loophole called “pass-through” income, a great boon to all the hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, which will be great news for all those who profit from real estate, think LLC’s where partners can remain practically anonymous, and brand recognition, say google and apple, or Trump who has 500 of these particular businesses and partnerships.

The repeal of the estate tax, which will liberate the Figurehead’s precious daughter and greedy bastard sons from the burden of contributing to the fiscal health of the country they never had to apply for a job in. The destruction of the alternative minimum tax, so Trump and like minded evaders can hoard millions more from creative deductions.

With this blatant diabolical plan, supposedly all those who store their piles of festering stinking dirty wealth in off shore tax havens to avoid contributing to the health and security of this country, arguably an act of financial treason, will suddenly repatriate their savings back here at a lower rate and with all that money saved, an mass influx of businesses will rise and jobs will insue. History shows that it’s unadulterated bullshit.

Sure, the Figurehead had to get to fulfilling the desires and needs to the people that voted for him, mostly to the motivated angry throngs that attended his campaign rallies. The Muslim travel ban, cracking down on illegal immigrants and defunding sanctuary cities, all which subsequently led to failure for under unconstitutional grounds, and the lowball estimated border wall, which has now been put on hiatus to avoid a shutdown of the government. Certainly, this won’t pass either because of the psychotic redistribution of wealth and loopholes the size of the Milky Way to easily take advantage of by our wealthier betters.

But now that this is officially and mortally threatening imminent policy, it’s safe to state the obvious. Because of the reason that this is Trump. He has always been obvious. There is no subtlety with the Figurehead.

In fact, the main reason this greedy bastard wanted the honor to represent you, the people is to get out of his documented deep shit debts he has to international banks.

So forget all this nonsense about conflicts of interest, emoluments clauses and his personal tax forms from the past 20 years, including last year, that he refuses to release to the public, his employer, that demands it from him. Forget about his defiant hypocrisy and his gas lighting defense of it. And forget the way he talks to journalists, especially after that maddening interview he gave to the Associated Press that was released on Monday, an interview with audio that is being suppressed by the government we keep running with our tax dollars. And for fucks sake, forget about his stupid twitter social networking defecations.

For with this odious and inherently evil tax plan. Donald J. Trump is now President Of The United States Of America.

Executive Carnage at 13 Weeks: Committee Malfeasance, Alternative Complicity And Beautiful Nepotism, And Cake And Armaments

     Thanks, Keith

Mar-A-Lago Country Club, The Weekend White House, Miami, Florida

It is now officially the 13th week of the Figurehead Trump Presidency and it has culminated in a modern day missile crisis with a fellow jackass leader that had a country handed to him by inheritance, riots in the streets over Trump’s evasiveness about his personal taxes in the past 2 decades, deluding federal investigations over his election victory and what’s close to looking like Russian influence and acts of treason by wealthy campaigners, and shoddy foreign policy making by the Figurehead’s son-in-law and daughter and incompetent bombing missions by his appointed generals.

It’s looking clearer minute by minute that machinations behind the revolting successful presidential campaign of Don Worthless of shady Russian ties with the hapless shenanigans of David “Nunbnuts” Nunes.

While the FBI way belatedly figured out that the hacking of Hillary’s campaign staffs and the DNC’s phones, laptops or pads were from sources connected to Russian spy agencies and used world renowned hacker Glucifer 2.0 as a channel as they were combing North,Central and South America searching for Tom Brady’s stolen Super Bowl jersey, Our Figurehead got the word that his 5th avenue ugly ass skyscraper home tower was under surveillance by the feds for some reasons. At the bequest of our complicity and corruption prone leader, he wanted to know why there was so much surveillance in his luxury monolith and wanted concrete evidence that it was at the behest of the last president so his social media feeds would have validity.  David did his best Maxwell Smart/Ace Ventura impression and hid from his colleagues in the Intelligence Committee to get whatever incriminating intel or discussions of interest of the wiretaps like a good lapdoggie to his voter-elected boss. Supposedly, Nunbnuts got this intel from leaks in the White House, which Trump usually frowns upon when similar venues get used to expose flaws and burgeoning rivalries among his cabinet and staff. Because of this idiocy, Nunbnuts has been deposed and relieved of his duties to this allegedly independent and tax payer money wasting committee which found no truth to another one of the Figurehead’s twitter troll screeds.

As another one of Trumpy’s conspiracy theories was debunked as with his prior fever delusions and mass media distractions of inauguration day crowd size and those millions of illegal citizen votes in blue states, his offspring and protege son-in-law have taken on bigger roles in their lives revolving around their father’s (and father-in-law) prior and new responsibilities in enriching himself even more.

After the massive failure in his attempt to implode or explode the Affordable Care Act, content with letting the program kill itself leaving mass casualties, and in way punish his young ward Jared “8 up” Kushner for going skiing as him and everyone in D.C. was bickering over the offensive replacement to ACA, Skipper Trump symbolically punished his figurative Gilligan to new assignments involving drug addiction and foreign policy and relations, the latter basically picking up slack or undermining real Secretary Of State Rex Tillerson so he can avoid going to nations that are deemed a threat and probably didn’t have prior deals with his current former business Exxon. Apparently this seemingly royal appointment to the Figurehead’s son in law has turned out to be an executive power move and gave Jared more influence and authority.

But the optics of Trump’s decision isn’t making good impressions for the U.S. as a superpower.

http://assets.nydailynews.com/polopoly_fs/1.3026609.1491517774!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_1200/vest7n-1-web.jpgThis looks like an ad for a Banana Republic skinny jacket. The need for a vest seems superfluous as Gilligan/Jared looks so gaunt that even a hawkeye sniper would have difficulty grazing him. That garb is so tight he looks like a artisanal cocktail weenie. He has come a long way from his East Village scumlord days.

As with everything involving this shitswirl labyrinth administration, Kushner, close advisor to his daddy-in-law and now virtually a one man staff of the state department, had ties and held talks with a Russian banker with a background in military intelligence and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kilsiak during the transition phase to the White House. But since he’s married to the first daughter/second lady and not General Mike Flynn, according to our opportunistic elected leader, the convenience of being the President not having a conflict of interest can easily be applied to those who he chooses. Ahh, the beauty that is nepotism, right blind trust holder co-executive Eric Trump?

The younger Mr Trump recently faced a barrage of criticism for arguing that nepotism was a “factor of life” but, instead of retracting this assessment, he goes further by arguing it was completely logical for his father to appoint him to look after the family’s business interests.

“You trust the people who are closest to you. Who is he going to trust most to run a company? He is going to trust somebody who he trusts implicitly,” he says.

“He knows I care about the family. He knows I care about the brand. He knows I deeply care about the properties, our amazing teams. And he knows I’m going to do everything I can humanly possible to take care of that.

“Is that nepotism? Absolutely. Is that also a beautiful thing? Absolutely. Family business is a beautiful thing. The same applies for Ivanka. Ivanka is by his side in Washington.”

Mr Trump argues that a family member was more likely to tell the President “no disrespect but you might want to think about this” or “maybe you crossed the line here” rather than someone who “will say yes just because you happen to be the boss.”

          The Telegraph UK

Beautiful. And with this defiant arrogant justification and lame attempt to show encouraging transparency, and also showing a display of genetic brashness and stupidly incriminating himself (if that’s possible now) and his dad, he recently announced that he is giving quarterly reports to the commander-in-chief Figurehead about the businesses that he falsely divested himself from since taking over the reins of the nation’s economy and nuclear codes.

Being a layman when it comes to running a business, but aren’t distributing these reports the usual process for evaluation by a chief executive of a company or companies? Emoluments and complicity be damned. Aren’t laws being broken and conflicts committed in plain sight being brazenly committed here?

“The President can’t have a conflict of interest” said Donald J. Trump to Lesley Stahl on 60 minutes. He also said he can shoot somebody on the street and nothing would happen.

Speaking of incriminating one self and others related to you and the uncertainty of the and current lack of consequences, Ivanka extolled some similar bullshit in an attempt to whitewash all the blatant civic and political malfeasance going on in the White House and everywhere in the free and non-free world the Trump brand is laid, now that her poppop has given her an official advisor role in the plutocabinet:

What we have here, in a nod to the now hardly visible game show model presenter Kelly Ann Conway, is alternative complicity.

That should temporarily put the nation to rest easier, knowing that the kakistocracy and kleptocracy that will further enrich all under the Brand Of Trump and all those elected refusing to investigate these blatant violations in the House and Senate by the Cesspool On The Potomac, will keep the nation’s economy remaining robust and security remaining strong, right?

Wrong.

After assurances by the real Secretary Of State Tillerson, top UN diplomat Nikki Haley, and months after a secret meeting in the winter with the dictator of Syria by Congresswoman and either future Defense Secretary or Vice President Tulsi Gabbard, our nation decided not to interfere with the government process and ongoing civil wars of that nation.

Then a day later, chemical weapons were disbursed in a rebel held city causing the deaths of hundreds of citizens. So with all this diplomatic leeway, the next day President Assad decides to commit genocide.

The reaction by the general public was furious, and according to kid brother Eric, so devastating and upsetting to sis and new advisor Ivanka that Trump, during an opulent dinner and dessert featuring, reverentially detailed by the Figurehead as the biggest piece of chocolate cake he’s ever seen, so big and delicious that he flustered to remember what country he was attacking, ordered his military to drop bombs on Syria’s war plane air fields. This was the second time Trump ordered a military mission during dinner, the last being the disastrous raid in Yemen that killed civilian women and children and a Navy Seal.

187313-Big-Piece-Of-Chocolate-Cake
Dramatization of cake described by Don

Despite the perceived success of the mission and the aesthetics described by discredited anchorman now drooling M.I.C. stenographer sycophant Brian Williams as he butchered Leonard Cohen lyrics, the beautiful and costly weapons ($54,000,000) only hit less than half of it’s targets and Assad was able to send planes on bombing missions the next day. Speaking of sycophants, none worse than our elected members of congress, whom were not even counseled about this attack as standard procedure is to get congressional approval to order them, the majority of them praised the decision made by our determined leader anyway.

                                                                                  be-yoo-ti-ful

So much for all the rhetoric by these established and college educated officials about the mental capacities of their chief executive.

The reasons are plentiful and not at all cynical for this attack. That Trump may have personally profited yet again from his policies. That this was a vain attempt to bolster his approval rating. That this was just an arbitrary reaction because of the weapons used since regular bombs that destroy villages and kill civilians, especially children and babies are basically permitted, especially by royal empirical dictators we like and have businesses in their wealth segregated cities there. That this was spurred by what is now being determined as a false flag attack comparable to the Gulf Of Tonkin, since Assad is claiming he never sent planes with sarin bombs and the actual bomb was and I.E.D. set off in the ground by an Al Qaeda squadron. And despite Trump’s proclaimed strategy of not giving the enemy warning or a schedule when he would strike, him or his staff informed Russia that they were attacking so they can move any troops they have stationed there. So much for further legitimization for impeachment hearings.

Then during the high holy week of the Catholic, Christian, Baptist and Jewish faiths, Figurehead Trump orders to drop the biggest, the baddest and the motherist of all bombs on a camp in Afghanistan on an Isis faction, killing close to 100 of them. Reportedly, the Taliban felt temporarily relieved although not much grateful, they are still our adversary there as our nation is approaching 20 years in combat in that mountainous and lucrative poppy and natural gas filled nation.

This should answer your question, Pink

Ultimately it’s turning out that this is an attempt, and in the wake of confirming the nation’s draconian budget coming in May filled with billions more for more beautiful weapons and cuts to the American infrastructure, science, culture and livelihoods, to intimidate and diminish the military might of North Korea. A nation like us now who for decades prioritize the preparedness for war and who has nuclear capabilities, and like us (more extremely though) is willing to starve it’s citizens to maintain the M.I.C. there.

I don’t want to undermine the severity of the geopolitical climate right now, but with Pence making this announcement while Trump golfs every weekend in his chill out resort and attends an easter egg hunt obnoxiously arranged by his resurfaced wife in Mar-A-Lego for their wealthy clientele instead of the traditional White House, it can’t be any more clearer who is really running this country right now. Especially after the recent decision to defund Planned Parenthood.

Is this what the people asked for when they entrusted Trump with their vote, as with the recent decision to give up their 1st and 4th amendment rights and personal privacy for their internet usage for telecom corporations to sell and profit from?

And what of the fourth estate of what passes for responsible journalism, as with the lobotomized responses and observations of Brian Williams and Fareed Zakaria, the latter who basically called the Figurehead full of shit a week earlier, is now praising him for changing his mind and opinions on everything he espoused to pander and garner votes from the people.

And now we got disparate ideological groups rioting in the streets just for rightfully demanding to see Trump’s tax returns

And so this existential madness rambles on as if to normalize every cynical thing about the recent historical and current workings of governmental process. And possibly that the Trump presidency is just a spin off reality show bred from his NBC series. The position of chief executive is now officially the Chief Executive Producer. Every time he announces some proposal he does it to build suspense as if to get people to stay tuned for the next episode.

No matter how much they try to normalize this in order to keep the people undistracted from such established widespread bullshit so to keep working and contributing a fifth of their paycheck to keep this systemic farce running…

“I can’t be doing so badly, because I’m president, and you’re not.”

The recent quote by President Donald J. Trump that spewed from his rusty diarrhetic spigot pipehole in the latest issue of TIME

Washington D.C., The United States Of America

The Trump presidency and the GOP majority House and Senate, now at 64, is for all intents, purposes and hysterical, fattening irony, is now embroiled in precarious dread and utter chaos. The same kind experienced by all those impacted by the Figurehead’s best words and stupid ass executive decisions and policy making.

The last few weeks, Trump has struck out on his campaign promises to curb terrorism via the arbitrary Muslim ban, shot down by federal district court judges yet again, this time from Maryland and Hawaii. And his promise to end the affordable care act, familiarly known as Obamacare, named after the first African American neoliberal President of the United States, collapsed as if by assisted suicide in Congress Friday afternoon.

And he may have truly fucked himself by accusing the prior executive in chief of wiretapping his tacky ass namesake tower on 57th and 5th, especially after going on social media the day of FBI chief Comey’s testimony about ongoing investigations into collusion between allies of the Figurehead and their and his ties to Russia intelligence operatives and oligarchs. Although not strictly tied to Don Worthless, two recent cases involving financial and tech crimes cannot bode well for his current stature and lend credence to his repeated denials, considering the preferred machinations and tactics that were employed ensuring his election victory. Also the lavishly paid work his campaign manager for 5 months last year, Paul “Mumbles” Manafort, in the Ukraine and his eccentric billionaire pal Roger Stone’s correspondence with Glucifer 2.0 might jolt his selective memory and probably inspire the feds to some subpoenas and warrants ready.

The aborted plan, the Crippled American Health Care act, was nasty from the start. And clearly assembled so poorly, except in obvious places where it seem most cruel and sadistic and spiteful. Like how it would throw out 24 million citizens off the rolls, raise premiums and costs for the elderly and indigent, make enrolling more expensive for those not on it and how tanning salons would get a break in fees, so as to remind those who make fun of his unnatural comical orange complexion. Fortunately, everyone involved in crafting this clusterfuck legislation, did so in haste and seemingly all those tasked to the plan are dumb as rocks, mostly the leader and muse of this colossal waste of time and tax expenditure, Speaker Paul Ryan, who might have signed his own political death warrant thanks to Figurehead Trump’s haughty demands. But mostly it’s due to the people all over the nation, confronting their elected representatives, at least those that didn’t try to flee out the back door, with assured absolutism regarding their needs for the health care they signed up for to keep the ACA intact.

For the brief bit of hope from the abysmal failure to overturn ACA is temporary now that the budgetary plans are in place, shoring up the military and homeland security complexes at the expense of practically everything that protects and maintains life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for every American. Their security too.

The greatest and biggest armed forces on the planet is about to get 54 billion dollars. The only reason for this is that Figurehead Trump is going to lead this nation into wars. And by ourselves without coalitions. Because in the past, poll numbers go up for leaders during wartime. And this estimate, probably low ball, if we are going to fight and terminate ISIS and the war on terror, a war on an idea, a war on faith, these massive costs of taxpayer largesse and eventually the lives of soldiers are going to set up camps in Syria to defend and shore up murderous dictator Bashir Al-Assad, who is a cross between Adolf Hitler and Latka Gravas.

The other reasons for justifying these new expenditures to the M.I.C. is our nation’s continuing presence in Iraq and in the never-ending yet mild war and occupation in Afghanistan. For the only reason in my opinion is to wrest control from the Taliban, who are practically a entrenched established political party and government apparatus there and to protect all that natural gas and heroin from getting in the wrong hands. (Speaking of smack, Trump actually added funding to heroin treatment and prevention in the HHS)

The only other two areas that are getting infusions are 2.6 billion for the border wall, the wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for, and is definitely a low ball estimate in addition to being an imaginary goal. This wall may cost trillions if implemented, considering the engineering, labor and materials. As for materials, will they be made in the U.S.A.?
And of course there are the deployments of ICE agents in towns, roaming around like bounty hunters searching for illegal immigrants, getting the bad guys, but also getting the poor hard working law abiding guys. And the database that collects the info of their whereabouts via the Palantir corporation.

As is the other allocation of 1.4 billion for “school choice”, which could only mean that Betsy “Destroyer” Devos is going to be very busy at her appointed position, counting her personal filthy lucre from her corrupt charter school industries that will certainly accrue when or if this gets implemented. Vulture equity firms investing in these schools will also get off big. There is also the looming threat to the civil rights and the separation of church and state with the adamant use of christian doctrine imposed on the schools in her home state in Michigan and the selective use of funding of those schools that teach the good book.

As for the rest of the departments, they are as fucked as the state of normal:

The EPA, at 31% got the biggest cuts of all, no doubt influenced by the presence of that humanoid mass of methane Secretary Scott Pruitt. So expect the water and air to get a tad more decorative with pollutants.

The State Department, got a 29% cut, making Rex Tillerson’s job easier, although distributing aid to starving nations like Kenya and Sudan is going to get a lost riskier for those in need after suffering elongated drought. It’s going to be also a little harder to avoid getting into messy violent conflicts, but why should it matter because a lot of positions in the state haven’t been filled and probably never will.

Agriculture’s cut, at 21 %, is most recently noted for the SNAP program, so more kids and moms will be getting their nutrition from the 99 cent stores. And the elderly will be joining them as they painstakingly make the long trek to the Dollar Tree for vienna sausages and ramen noodles, as Meals On Wheels is also in jeopardy.

Labor’s cut will ruin the chances for the poor and vulnerable elderly to maintain work or get new jobs, it also will deny employment opportunities for disadvantaged youth.

Department of Health and Human Services cuts at 18% will fuck up Medicaid and Medicare. So don’t get sick or injured if you’re poor or old. Unless you have ACA. And cures and remedies to cancer and heart disease will have to wait too. Research, Smeaserch.

Commerce Department cut at 16% will deny funding to protect the coasts from future storms, which is a shock considering a lot of recent luxury tower development have occurred on coastal areas on the Pacific and Atlantic. But in places like Coney Island, where there are still poor project housing by the beaches, maybe this is almost like insurance for Trump’s developer peers. Speaking of housing-

HUD’s cut, seemingly sparse at 13 %, will cut funding for new development, leaving the projects at the mercies of private developers and gentrification. Making matters worse is the reminder that this will be run by the brain dead brain surgeon Ben Carson. A man who survived a stabbing thanks to his belt buckle.

The Education Department, cut at 14%, in the most bizarre redistribution of funding in all these heinous cuts, impacts the actual training of new teachers, summer school programming and aid programs to poor and first generation students at a cost of 3.7 billion in grants. So why does Betsy need 1.4 billion to encourage school choice, when the Trump administration is making it easier to choose charters to let public schools rot.

Transportation Department got a 13% cut, for all the talk of improving road infrastructure and airline security and safety. In the spirit of Reagan, this has a deleterious effect on air traffic control.

Interior Department cuts will affect the nation’s parks. That’s a lot of untapped real estate and energy mining for certain interests. The Energy Department’s cuts will impact the nuclear plants and stockpiles positively and studies on climate change negatively. The latter being that debates on the issue have to continue, perhaps indefinitely. The slight cut to NASA also will deny climate studies. It also cuts funding on the cost saving Energy Star program, because we need more coal resourced refrigerators and microwave ovens. Maybe we can use coal to charge all our Iphones now that we got Obamacare back.

Treasury Department at -4% also seems ineffectual. The major exception with this is that most impactful and pervasive crime being committed, and by the most avaricious perpetrators, is money laundering. A lot of this is being done with the aforementioned Russian oligarchs, as well as domestic and other international billionaires. The timing of this can’t be worse in light of the confirmed fact of the hierarchy of Saudi Arabia giving financial aid to Al Queda for decades, even during the monstrous slaughter of 9/11.

And the Big Kahuna of cuts. To fucking 100 percent to nothing funding to National Endowments to the Arts and Humanities, Museum and Library Services, and Public Broadcasting, PBS and NPR. If this stupid and sadistic budget passes, this will be the last year for public access to information, history and creativity. The last year to enjoy plays and musical performances in the park and on TV and radio. The last year to see art exhibitions. The last year to get unfiltered and untainted reports on the nation, world and on politics left and right. The last year to get free help for filling out tax returns and getting employment.

These budgetary decisions are going to instill more cynicism and frustration into a populace already tired of the Figurehead’s bullshit. Even among the people he promised to make America First and Great Again. It’s going to break towns and cities with combined urban blight, rising crime and economic environmental devastation. It’s going to lead to decimation in law and order despite all the new money being disbursed to maintain it.

Especially in Donald’s hometown in Queens and the other boroughs in New York.

Which he already did with his chair bashing sneak attack firing of Southern District D.A. Preet Bharara. Right at the end throes of his investigation into the (once) illegal fundraising of Mayor De Blasio and his doling of services favorable to big money clients of various public relation and lobby firms that worked on his mayoral campaign and his city hall slush fund 501 (c) (4) he ran inside his office with the presence of said groups, dubbed agents of the city to foolishly avoid illegalities. And right at the start of investigations in to HHS secretary Tom Price shady insider trading investments and the misappropriation of funds by the Fox News Network to settle sexual harassment cases.

With that move, Figurehead Trump made Pay To Play and Honest Graft legal in NYC. For the time being all can hope.

But with these recent policy making gaffes, it does give a faint glimmer of hope that this budget will go down the crapper as with his travel ban and his shitty health care plan. And maybe he will refrain from saying stupid shit on twitter with lame attempts to distract news media, corporate and independent, our elected officials and the people of this nation.

Yet this afternoon…

“ObamaCare will explode and we will all get together and piece together a great healthcare plan for THE PEOPLE. Do not worry,”

He still persists.

What a fucking disgrace.

The New Bad Days

NY Daily News: January marks 24-year low for NYC murders, shootings; rapes up

Cops recorded the lowest number of murders and shootings in any January since 1993, NYPD officials said Monday, though rapes were up.

There were just 20 murders reported in the first month of the year, compared with 22 in January 2016 — a 9.1% decline.

By comparison, there were a whopping 189 murders in 1993 — or six a day.

Rape in January rose from 101 in 2016 to 110 in 2017 — an increase of 8.9%. Officials at a press conference about the stats did not elaborate on the change.

Last month saw 58 shootings, compared to 59 in January of 2016 — a decline of 1.7%. By comparison, there were 477 shootings in 1993.

And for only the second time since 1993, there were fewer than 8,000 major crimes reported to police in the month. Overall crime dropped by 2.7% compared to January 2016.

“2017 is picking up where 2016 left off, reducing violence and driving crime down further,” said Police Commissioner James O’Neill.

The year 1993 has been a bellwether because it was one of the worst years in city history for crime. The NYPD’s vaunted CompStat crime fighting strategy started the following year, and crime began to decline.

Overall, in January, there were 7,992 major crimes reported, compared to 8,011 in January 2016 — a decline of 0.2%.

Robbery and assault also declined, the NYPD reported.

Mayor De Blasio credited neighborhood policing and additional officers on patrol for the continued decline in many crimes.

Dermot Shea, the Chief of Crime Control Strategies, said January was the 10th straight month showing reduced crime.

“We have now, when you look at New York City as a whole, we now have periods of 24-hour periods where we do not record a shooting incident,” Shea said. “This is the new normal. We wanna build on it and we feel that we will build on it.”

The transit system saw three fewer crimes in January — 209 compared to 212 the year before.

There were 405 crimes in public housing in the month, compared to 413 in January 2016

NY Daily News: February sets the record for the fewest crimes

LAST MONTH was the safest February in New York City in over 20 years — although murders for the year have increased slightly, police said Wednesday.

As February came to a close, NYPD detectives were investigating 42 murders, compared to 40 by this time in 2016, representing a 5% bump.

Shootings so far this year are down by nearly 15%, to 99, from last year’s 116 during the same period.

“It always concerns us when there’s an uptick in murders,” Mayor de Blasio said at the monthly crime stats meeting on Wednesday. “We take that seriously, but thank God, overall (it’s) still a low number.” Last month, there were 40 shootings with 44 people shot. That represents a 36% drop from the 62 shootings for February of last year, when 77 people were victimized. The mayor called the decline “extraordinary.”

There were 85 rapes last month, which marks a 21% drop compared to February 2016, when there were 108.

Felony assaults — 1,287 last month — were also down, an 8% drop from the 1,400 the previous February.

Robberies saw a 13% decline, from 1,113 to 965. There were 14% fewer burglaries, with 878 this year compared to 1,020 in February last year.

Grand larceny was down 8% and grand larceny auto was down 4%.

O’Neill credited neighborhood and precision policing for the positive trend.

“In reality, it’s really a very small percentage of people in this city committing the bulk of violent crime,” he said. “With precision policing, we’re identifying those people — the small groups, gangs and crews — and we’re taking them out.”

The Five Boroughs, New York

These are the most conflicting of times. Judging by these reports from the NYPD, as impressive as they are, well as should give the citizenry great comfort and sense of security, but how come it’s still a tad scary out there. And why of the scarce crime being committed, is the severity of the acts as comparably violent and sadistic as the bad old days of NYC, with the exception of high murder rates.

The other day in the East Village at 2:30 in the afternoon, 2 men pummeled another man to the concrete, repeatedly assaulting him with kicks and punches. In broad daylight as some people stopped and looked and walked away. The perpetrators jumped in a car and fled.

Sure it’s just one incident but this is in a massively gentrified area, and inhabited with modern art galleries, high rise luxury towers and obscenely high rate walk-up apt. rentals and bars and trendy upscale artisanal restaurants and faux dive bars, and barstaurants. Which makes this public beat down so shocking that it actually happened today and not, to quote the city statisticians, 1983, where in the same area it was surrounded by poverty, rampant and blatant drug use and crime, and dilapidated and hallowed out tenement buildings and rubble and garbage strewn lots.

Because the city may have actually reached the tipping point in curbing crime. Or maybe it’s so overpopulated in the metropolitan area now from transients and tourist influx and the new towers are so high they are casting eclipsing shadows, that it’s easy to overlook some things. Especially to people that have to live by or just happened to be there at the moment of the scene of the crime.

And in every report about a recent incident, either by obligation or complicity with the NYPD, the news dailies sometimes puts positive crime stats almost after every report, no matter how big or small the article is.

Take for example the lists provided by the Daily News above. When the January results came out, they not only correlate the month of this year with last, but also from 24 years ago. The strange and unsettling thing is that the lowering is not much of an improvement, just 8 less serious crimes. But juxtaposed with a year from the bad old days, the first year of Giuliani Time by the way, it gives quite a charming and soothing impression that the 5 Boroughs is a shining utopia in comparison.

I have come to this theory when a few grisly crimes happened on the same block a month or so apart on Liberty Avenue, South Richmond Hill, Queens, NY. One maniac stalked his ex-wife where she worked, stabbed her multiple times and tried to behead her with a knife he bought at the 99 cent store, right at the corner of the block. A month later, on the same block around the corner, a man got shot in front of a nite club over a chain. This has more significance, despite how rare these things happen compared to 33 years ago, because it was the city’s first murder of 2017.

Another theory that came to me was the way the mayor and upper brass of the NYPD has described certain incidents and belittled crime trends when asked about them from the press. Especially from a police chief in Greenpoint who redefined what constituted a rape. I have referred to this previously as the Marginal Victims Unit. But that telling and tone deaf response may be policy and protocol, previous to that tone deaf statement, Mayor de Blasio and Commissioner Bratton undermined the level of crime in areas by and inside public parks last year.

A Walk In The Park: Park crime jumps 32%

Crime in city parks jumped thirty-two percent over the last nine months.  Violent crime rose nineteen percent and increased in all four categories.   Five hundred and two people reported being the victim of violent crime during the first three quarters of 2016.  Robberies increased twenty-nine percent.

The de Blasio administration continues to maintain that park crime is,”rare.”

Violent crime rose nineteen percent and was up in all four categories during the first three quarters of 2016.   Five hundred and two people reported being the victim of violent crime – eight people were murdered, fourteen were raped, three-hundred and two people were robbed, and 178 were victims of felony assaults.

The author neglected, as well as he should, what the crime stats of 1993 in parks were.

Reading the papers, usually the NY Daily News, I started tearing some articles from the papers, putting together a roughshod crime blotter, and couldn’t help but noticed a disturbing trend in contrast to the sunny touting of lower crime stats by city officials and their parts gleeful and exasperatingly relieved expressions. These various crimes were happening frequently in less niche areas of Brooklyn, Southeast Queens which has seen a gradual increase in brazen criminal activity and The Bronx is still experiencing high criminal activity. As well as locales with high rental market rates and areas targeted for gentrification.

  • Two teens got shot in E. Flatbush at 2:30 PM. by an assailant who jumped in a car and fled. A woman got hit by a stray bullet from marauding gun toting bike riders in Bushwick at 4:30 PM

A 93 year old got robbed of 1,110 dollars by 3 masked bandits at 7:30 Pm  in Harlem, 145st. A 78 year old man got attacked from behind was choked and robbed of 750 dollars and A 53 year old infirm wheelchair bound man got mugged for his cell phone and debit card relaxing in front of his building by a thug brandishing a knife in Brownville. Another wheelchair using man in Manhattan got shot with a taser by 3 crooks and robbed him of 107 dollars in the Lower East Side waiting for the bus by project apartment buildings. A 78 year old woman in East Flatbush was bludgeoned to death with a hammer by an unknown assailant.A teenage male punched an 88 year old man in Fordham in the Bronx
  • A Woman in Hollis was held up in front of her house taking the garbage out and the perp robbed 3000. Another woman from Queens Village was jumped and stabbed by 3 mooks
  • A Pharmacist in Woodhaven was found stabbed to death in his studio over drugs.
  • Four individuals beat and molested a homeless man with a Coke bottle who was collecting scrap in Corona. They stole 15 dollars. A Girl was shoved on the subway tracks after being pummeled by a gang of over 10 boys they stole her hat jacket and 20 dollars
  •  A cashier at a pharmacy got assaulted and robbed in Brownsville at 3:40 PM. A pair of robbers held up a bodega in Maspeth, sticking their guns in the face of a 9 year old girl and her grandfather.
  •  A gay man was bashed with a pipe and a rock from a bigot in the Bronx. A homeless man assaulted a woman in Murray Hill in a purse snatching attempt.
  •  A gang of thugs is responsible for muggings and attacks  in a concentrated area of Queens in Corona and Elmhurst. They are still at large.
  • A 71 year old woman was attacked by a mother at a 2nd avenue station in Manhattan for suggesting teach her child some manners after the two barged into an elevator as people were exiting. A 40 year old man kicked a pregnant woman on the 4 line.

All these run the gamut of rampant criminal activity, which can easily be overlooked from the high towers constructed in the past decade from hyper development and the influx of billions of tourists tramping on every crevice and crack of the city like it’s some fucking six flags theme park or universal studio exhibit.

There are crime trends that is seemingly not being addressed. Especially on attacks and robberies on the elderly and rapes attempted and committed on women. The dramatic rise of splinter gangs. There are also a lot of home invasions. And a lot of these crimes are happening in daylight. Also in consideration, is the dramatic rise in child abuse, which has been enabled by criminal incompetence and neglect by the ACS. Two high profile cases, Zymere Perkins and Jaden Jordan, just got upgraded to murder.

What is more disturbing is that the omniscient presence of surveillance cameras is not even deterring these acts of senseless and random violence and robberies. As a lot of these crimes take place in full view of them Take for instance this incident in the Bronx, in similarity to the L.E.S. beat down above, where a food delivery guy was beaten, stripped and robbed in an apartment building by 2 lowlifes, a man and a woman, as a bunch of jackasses hanging in lobby just watch. That couple actually went inside the building after the attack as if they lived there.

It would be easy to dismiss this as hyperbole, but add the scandal that is the homeless census of 60,000 plus, the massive discrepancy of wealth, the horrendously ignored situation of a majority of rent-burdened citizens and these are not the best of times despite how comparably safer it is than it was 24 or even 34 years ago when crack was on the streets. Although it should be mentioned that heroin is back in a big way, similar to the rocks sold back then in that it’s cheaper and diluted.

This is going to get worse if those in city hall, the higher echelons of the NYPD, and all these demented city planners with lysergic visions to turn the boroughs into an interconnected social networking wonderland ever acknowledge the problems of the people that make this city truly run and hold steady in the first place. And cease bringing up the bad old days already, it’s bad enough you people actually put up a photo exhibition for a few hours in the Brooklyn Museum, only to dismantle it when the Blaz’s press gaggle was done and throw it down the memory hole.

This digital publication will make sure of that. Hence the post title. Let’s be careful out there. And be aware of your surroundings. Because our elected oblivious overpaid officials surely won’t.

Executive Carnage Proceeds: Figurehead Trump’s Congressional Address Involving Expensive, Expansive Police State And Military Budget Spending Impresses Corporate News Conglomerates. WWWBD? (What Would Wayne Barrett Do?)

Image result for Trump congress speechThe President Of The United States in dickface mode as those next in command, Fric And Frac behind him dutifully applaud

Washington, D.C., U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.!

What an uncomfortable and yet unpleasant sight it still is to see the words President Trump together, as well as the everyday reality of accepting that fact and of the bedlam he is causing in his position. Which made it even worse when the day arrived of his first address to Congress. To see him walk down the aisle in the role given to him by a desperate, disillusioned and disgusted with the status quo and elitism in government, it still looks unnatural and it gives the impression that his election victory and current occupation is just a spin-off from his rotten reality genre NBC program.

But before he addressed congress he acknowledged the First Lady Melania Trump and it may have been the first time that raucous wolf whistling and guttural whoos ever greeted a woman of such a dignitary position.

The contents of his speech he gave mostly was another rerun of all his shallow campaign promises, ludicrous budget spending proposals and pandering jingoistic bromides. More billions for the fucking wall on the Mexican border which is based on speculative profits and theories about returning jobs but for now WE THE PEOPLE are going to pay for. Something called VOICE, which looks like his crack(ed) team aides struggled to come up with a mnemonic for asinine program, which a special victims unit for those subjected to crimes by alleged illegal immigrants. More billions for the Military and Surveillance Industrial Complex. To pay for all this government expansion, which for some reason all the supposed conservatives in the house and senate based their campaigns and tenures rallying and fights against wasteful government spending and overreach, there will be drastic cuts to arts and education, and inevitably on the abolishment of the taxpaying citizens health care apparatus of Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA, along with the de-funding of social security.

These plans, although little detailed and devoid of any substance or sustenance as effective policies, anticipates that international wars are on the horizon. As shown by Figurehead Trump’s bonehead attack on a village and Al Qaeda base in Yemen, resulting in the deaths of not only enemy fighters but civilians including children and the destruction of multi-million dollar fighter chopper and the death of Navy Seal, Chief Petty Officer William Ryan Owens . This was the result of Trump leaving all his war making decisions on Defense Secretary Mad Dog Mattis, whose prior experience supervising quagmires in Iraq should have gave this attack some slight hesitation. But it’s horrible results just made a soldier’s wife a widow and an excuse for the Figurehead to pass the buck and blame the generals (after all, it was their decision). If there is a lesson here, it’s shown that despite Trump’s repeated assertions, not warning about an attack on the enemy like his predecessor did, doesn’t yield success or even intel, no matter how many times he invokes it and how his press secretary over-enthusiastically yells it.

And nothing will be questioned by the sycophantic lobotomized monkey Republican  majorities in the House and Senate for his mystery war plans, especially after the elongated standing ovation, deservedly so, to sad sight of the widow Carryn Owens, praying and weeping to the heavens. Despite the sick, make that SICK, comment of the ovation breaking a record, any mission Figurehead Trump will assign will get partisan majority support in homage to yet another fallen fighter on a misguided and poorly planned attack. Despite the call of a thorough investigation by the Navy Seal’s father William Owens

Which brings this to the crux of this post, the mainstream news media of print, digital and broadcasting.

Prior to the address, former Daily Show and actual Fake News Anchorman, Jon Stewart, made a plea to the fourth estate to be aggressive with their collective reporting on the daily diarrhetoric bullshit, brazen incompetence and policy bedlam results coming from the Trump Administration, in addition to Trump’s libelous, slanderous accusations of their networks, newspapers, and news websites reporting. Jon, still funny and current but very rusty, implored them with a very old and kinda lame popcult reference to “get their groove back”.

Which apparently fell on deaf ears, because the general and collective response after the speech was numb and neutered. For the reason that he spoke his best words about his best plans in a somber tone. Stunningly overlooking all the shit he spewed about the news media in the past month as President Figurehead. Stephen Colbert, comeback player of the year, aptly remarked as if the media was impressed that the unhinged president had become hinged. After all the twitter vomit the Figurehead spewed from his stubby vienna sausage fingertips, the news conglomerates resumed normalizing him.

In denial of the omniscient fact that…

Well, since they won’t get their groove back, and they never had any groove in the first place, I like to also offer some proactive motivation. In the hopes of inspiring the insipid throngs that are actually paid to inform the masses. And to use a legend’s recent passing to guilt them into it.

WWWBD?

What Would Wayne Barrett Do?

Wayne Barrett was a stalwart, tenacious, muckraking award winning journalist for the Village Voice. And the most persistent chronicler on the wheeling, dealing and stealing tactics of Figurehead Donald J. Trump when he was a real estate scion wonderboy developer in NYC in the late 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s. While Donnie was making a name and local celebrity of himself with his grand ventures in redeveloping hotels, sweeping up prime Manhattan real estate, and starting his idiotic ruinous conquest of casino franchises in Atlantic City, Wayne Barrett was dissecting his deal-making by diligently and thoroughly and uncompromisingly reporting on the corrupt machinations within them. Wayne got under Donald’s skin and broke his brain to the point when the few times they ever met or were acquainted, Donald actually offered to buy tried to bribe him with a luxury apartment when he learned he resided in Brownsville and an incident that got him arrested pursuing Trump on his birthday.

The dogged determination and persistence of Wayne Barrett to inform the public about the habitual cheating and sociopathy of Trump, before he became the brand and the leader of the free world and the mess he inherited, may be the inherent reason why the Figurehead has such a vehement imagined distrust and the modus operandi for controlling them and the narrative around his deranged directives.

Wayne Barrett was the under-heralded seer regarding Don Worthless. For he saw and wrote how unmerited his earnings and status were, by ripping off many contractors and exploiting migrant workers. Associating with a nod and a wink with mobsters and gangsters, characters he can easily identify with their similar achievements of dishonest wealth. By frivolous litigation at the expense of city taxpayers to get zoning permits and tax abatements, which he would eventually get with the aid of spineless elected majority democratic officials. He had fucking perditious subhuman traitor to Americans, Roy Cohn for a lawyer. And through his biography of his subject, which was unfortunately renamed to make Trump look like a fucking hero, confirmed and set in stone his documenting of the trust fund baby and predatory developer he was. Which subsequently led to his temporary diminishing of his personal wealth and investor and bank support, forcing him to regain his celebrity and wealth with creative tax evasion and becoming a charlatan on TV by becoming a recurring character on WWE shows and his own culture killing show The Apprentice, parlaying that to his transformation from human to brand, slapping his names on towers around the world without lifting his stubby vienna sausage finger or losing a hair, or in his case without mussing his weave. And still dealing with mobsters and gangsters.

Which as this nation now knows, did not deter him the least.

For if it wasn’t for the news conglomerates obsession with celebrity, no matter how lame, the elevation of Trumpy would probably never happened. If they would have did what Wayne Barrett did and reminded the nation and him personally of all the shit he pulled, the strife he caused, and the lives he ruined and the weakening of government he opportunistically took advantage of, maybe he would not be goddamn fucking president.

Now there are some out there carrying on the spirit of indefatigable intrepid reporting, but like Wayne Barrett, in a limited setting, despite the omniscience of the internet. The Young Turks, The Intercept, Reason, Democracy Now, Propublica  come to mind. But they are not big enough like the whales that are the major networks of CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC and their cable and local affiliates or the corporate owned establishment papers like the Washington Post and The New York Times. And the only anchorman that approaches the zeal of Ed Murrow, Walter Chronkike, and Bill Moyers, is Keith Olbermann, who is limited in 5 to 10 minute snippets via GQ magazine. So the majors and the celebrity anchors, editors producers and writers, if they truly give a million shits and flying fucks about this country, the environment, it’s laws and the need to inform the masses, who are getting massively pissed off on both sides of the ideological aisles, better start doing their jobs that they are getting paid billions of dollars from advertising and ratings to do.

If anything there is no excuse to avoid the uncomfortable facts to show a celebrity’s appearances, spending habits and palatial dwellings. Because the biggest and dumbest celebrity is signing the orders and directing the laws right fucking now and for the next 3 and 3/4 years.

So all of you professionals in the news industry and even you executives, (especially you Les Moonvees) and especially those attending the White House Correspondents dinner next month…
